Ukraine Support Hub – Privacy Notice

 

ffh Management Services Limited (“ffh”), a member of the Fairfax Group of Companies has established this Support Hub so that Fairfax employees can support and assist our Ukrainian colleagues in this time of extraordinary crisis.

So that vital support can be offered and provided, ffh needs to gather personal information from people who volunteer to act as supporters and from those in need of support.  

By submitting your details to us using this Support Hub, you permit the collection and use of your personal information for this purpose and you indicate your agreement to this Privacy Notice.

If you do not agree with these terms, you should not submit your personal data to the Support Hub.

Your personal data

ffh will process the personal information that you submit only for the purpose of matching your offer of support or your request for support with the appropriate support resources.  ffh will not use the data you submit to us for any other purpose.

Disclosure of your information to other people

ffh will not disclose personal data received to any third party unless we have your express permission or unless it is necessary to do so in order to provide support which you have offered or requested.

Retention period

ffh shall only retain your personal information for the time that your offer of support or your request for support remains open.  When this crisis ends all personal data will be deleted.

Your rights

At any time, you can request access to all the personal data that we hold about you. You may inform us of any changes in your personal data or request the deletion of your data and we will update or delete your personal data accordingly.

Complaint process

If you are unhappy with how ffh has handled your personal data, you have the right to make a complaint to the Irish Data Protection Commissioner, Office of the Data Protection Commissioner, Canal House, Station Road, Portarlington, Co. Laois.
